Kindershake is also monitored by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). This way, you can be sure your child is getting a product with ingredients that are safe, tested, and approved.

All claims on this website have been approved by the government and the Inspection Council after scientific research.

You can give Kindershakes at any time, whenever it suits you and your child: at breakfast, after school, as a dessert, around sports activities, etc. Maximum 1 portion per day.

Mix the powder (see Dosage) with (soy) milk, yogurt, or anything else your child likes. Mix well in a shaker cup or blender.

Dosage
Take 1 serving per day (do not exceed).
— 4 years and older: 25g (2 level scoops) in 250ml.
— 2 and 3 years old: 12.5g (1 level scoop) in 125ml.

Many children go through a phase of being picky about food as they grow up. Fruits and vegetables are often unpopular. With a little extra attention from their parents, this usually goes away on its own.

But children can also develop a serious eating disorder, such as ARFID. In that case, children don't want to eat certain foods because of their texture, color, smell, taste, or temperature. Or because they're afraid of swallowing or choking.

All ingredients in Kindershake are gluten free and non-GMO .

The standard Kindershake contains milk proteins and is not vegan. For that, we have the special Kindershake Vegan .

Any allergens are listed in bold on the label. For the standard Kindershake, this is milk (because of the milk proteins), and for Kindershake Vegan, it is soy (because of the soy proteins).
