RETURNS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, REFLECTION PERIOD

After receiving your order, you have a 14-day reflection period. Within this period, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. This means you can cancel (withdraw) your purchase. You will receive a full refund once you have returned the products. A few rules apply:

• You must inform us by email within 14 days of receipt which products you wish to return. Email us at info@kindershake.com and include your name, address, and optionally your order number.
• If you return all products, any shipping costs you originally paid will also be refunded.
• If you return only part of your order, we will refund the purchase amount of those items, but not any shipping costs you may have paid.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you refuse the package at the door or fail to collect it from a pickup point, the associated return costs of €7 will be deducted from the refund amount.
• You must send the products back within 14 days after the reflection period has ended.
• All products must be sealed, unused, and undamaged. Used or otherwise unsellable products cannot be accepted.
• If you are entitled to a refund, you will receive it within 14 days after we have received your returned products.

The only exception to this policy is for shake pouches:

For Kindershake pouches, we offer an extra guarantee. The same rules as above apply, but:

• The reflection period is not 14 but 30 days.
• You may open the pouch and try up to 3 servings. The pouch must weigh at least 290g upon returning.
• Any shipping costs you paid are not covered under this guarantee.
• This guarantee applies to a maximum of 3 pouches and can be claimed only once per customer/address/household.
