Usage

Mix the powder (see Dosage) with (soy) milk, yogurt, or anything else your child likes. Mix well in a blender or shaker.

Dosage

  • 4 years and older: 25g (2 level scoops) in 250ml
  • 2 and 3 years old: 12.5g (1 level scoop) in 125ml.

Tip #1 — Give the first shake as a snack

It's best not to introduce Kindershakes at a time when your child "needs" to eat. This way, there's no pressure to like it and drink it. Choose a quiet time for the first shake as a snack.
