As a parent, you naturally pay close attention to whether your child is eating and drinking enough. But sometimes it can be difficult to see if your child is actually getting enough nutrients. Here are a few signs to look for daily:

- Low energy : your child quickly seems tired or listless.
- Concentration problems : difficulty focusing at school or at home.
- Little appetite : regularly skipping meals or eating little variety.
- One-sided eating pattern : mainly eating the same things, without vegetables/fruit.

What can you do?

- Keep a food diary for a week to gain insight.
- Try adding small, nutritious snacks (e.g. fruit, nuts, whole grain crackers).
- Make healthy eating more fun and easier , for example with smoothies or shakes.

Many parents find that their children drink a shake faster than they eat a sandwich . This makes Kindershake a convenient way to get more nutrients without the hassle at the dinner table.
