Looking for a healthy and fun baking moment with your child? This nutritious cake is perfect as a snack or a treat during the weekend. The best part is that your child can decorate the cake with quark, yogurt, fruit, or whatever they like. This makes healthy snacking fun!
What makes this cake extra nutritious? It contains Kindershake, packed with protein, fiber, and vitamins, so you can be sure your child is getting something healthy. And all without added sugars or artificial additives.

Ingredients:
-
90 to 100 grams of almond flour or oat flour
-
50 to 60 grams of Kindershake powder (flavor of your choice!)
-
2 eggs
-
3 tablespoons applesauce or Greek yogurt
-
1 teaspoon baking powder
-
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
-
2 tablespoons honey
This is how you make it:
-
Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease a small baking tin.
-
Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.
-
Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake for 20–25 minutes.
-
Let the cake cool and decorate with yogurt, fresh fruit or whatever your child likes.
Fun fact:
Thanks to the addition of Kindershake, this cake is not only delicious but also nutritious. Perfect if your child has a busy day or needs a hearty and healthy snack. And decorating it yourself makes it extra appealing – even for picky eaters.
Tip: You can also divide the batter among small muffin cups to make individual cakes. This makes them fun to decorate together and easy to take with you.
