Peanut butter is delicious and very nutritious. It's high in fiber, protein, several B vitamins, vitamin E, and magnesium. It's best to choose the sugar-free version.

1. "Snickers" shake

  • 25g Kindershake Chocolate
  • 250ml (soy) milk
  • 1 - 1½ tablespoons peanut butter
  • optional: 1 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles

Use a blender to ensure the peanut butter is thoroughly mixed into the shake. Alternatively, make the shake with lukewarm (soy) milk, as this will also help the peanut butter dissolve more easily.

2. Peanut butter + Kindershake pancake

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • knob of butter or oil

  5. Pour the batter into the pan;
  6. Check with a spatula whether the bottom is golden brown. If so, flip the pancake over.
