Yes, all ingredients in Kindershake have been tested and approved by the European government.
Kindershake is also under the control of the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA). This way you can be sure that your child receives a product with ingredients that are safe, tested and approved.
The operation of the product and the claims you read are the result of scientific research by the European Union / EFSA.
These claims have been officially approved and we are allowed to make them because Kindershake is rich in proteins and vitamins A, B-complex, C, D, E, K and various minerals.
Ingredients
Milk proteins (whey protein, micellar casein, milk powder), prebiotic fiber mix (chicory root, apple fiber, guar and xanthan gum), aroma, sweetener (sucralose), vitamins and minerals.
Chocolate: cocoa powder (5%)

1 sachet (25g) with 250ml semi-skimmed milk

Fats 9.7g (of which saturated: 67.5g)
Carbohydrates 16.3g (0g added sugars, 14.9g natural (milk) sugars from other ingredients)

Mix 1 serving (25g) with 250ml of milk, yoghurt, juice, custard, soy milk or similar

Most parents give Kindershake for breakfast, snack, dessert or during exercise.
Kindershake is complete food and can be given when it suits you and your child. Maximum 2 shakes per day (due to the high concentration of vitamins and minerals).
Kindershake is suitable for children aged 4 years and older.
There is no upper limit: Kindershake is tasty and nutritious, even if you are 18, 28 or 88 :)
