10 Healthy Kindershake recipes
The nice thing about Kindershake is that you can be very creative with it. Are you in a hurry in the morning? Then make a simple standard shake with only powder and milk. But if you have a little more time, you can vary endlessly!
Instead of milk from the cow, you can also use soy, coconut or almond milk, for example.

Kids shake
Ingredients:
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
Preparation method:
- Mix the Kindershake powder with the milk in a shaker or blender and voilà! You have a delicious and nutritious chocolate milk.
- Of course you can add whatever you want to this. For example, banana makes the shake nice and full and creamy and a few tablespoons of oatmeal provide an extra long saturation. Get creative with different milks, fruits and even vegetables! Of course you can also adjust the amount of milk to exactly how much your child can consume at that moment.
- Put all the ingredients you want to use in your recipe together in a blender and make your own personal choco shake!
Chocolate yogurt
Ingredients:
- 200g semi-skimmed yogurt
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
Preparation method:
- Put the yoghurt in a bowl and add the Kindershake powder. Mix it well until the yogurt has a nice, even brown color.
Again, you can make it as personal as you want. Cut an orange into pieces and add it to the yoghurt, add some raisins and/or pieces of walnut or add some muesli to the recipe! Be creative again.

Chocolate pancakes
Would you like to transform the shake into something else delicious for a change? Then try these healthy chocolate banana pancakes for breakfast or lunch! Here are two tasty recipes, so you can choose yourself or vary from time to time!
Ingredients recipe 1:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor, or mash with a fork until smooth.
- Bake pancakes from the batter as you would any pancake.
- Bon appetit!
Ingredients recipe 2:
- 80g oat flakes
- 1 Ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 Proteins
- 1 Tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
Preparation method:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or good blender and blend until smooth.
- Bake the pancakes in a frying pan, as you would any pancake.
- Enjoy your meal!
Chocolate oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 banana
- 55g Oatmeal
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
Preparation method:
- Cut the banana in half. Mash one half in a bowl and cut the other half into equal slices.
- Place a small saucepan on the heat (medium-high) and add the oatmeal and the Kindershake powder, stirring occasionally for a period of two to three minutes so that it does not burn.
- Now add the milk and the mashed banana. Keep stirring, the milk can burn quickly! Lower the heat and let it all thicken. Put the oatmeal in a bowl and divide the banana slices over it. Garnish with some small pieces of dark chocolate or raw cacao nibs if desired. Enjoy your meal!

Chocolate dessert
Ingredients:
- 150g Vanilla custard
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons raw cocoa nibs
Preparation method:
- Put the custard in a bowl and add the chocolate powder, stir well. Sprinkle it with some raw cocoa nibs and eat it!
Strawberry chocolate shake
Ingredients:
- 75g Frozen Strawberries
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
- Medjool dates (pitted)
- 200g almond milk (unsweetened)
Preparation method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until no particles are visible.
Bounty Shake
Ingredients:
- 75ml Coconut drink (or possibly a milk type of your choice)
- 4 Tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
- Optional: 1 to 2 tbsp grated coconut
Preparation method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for one to two minutes until creamy. Drink right away and enjoy!
Sample smoothie
- 250ml Soy milk vanilla
- 75g (frozen) blueberries
- 3 tbsp Avocado
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)

- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Snickers smoothie
Ingredients:
- 250ml Hazelnut milk
- 1 small or half banana
- 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
Preparation method:
- Mix all ingredients well in the blender and enjoy your own Snickers smoothie!
Power vitamin bomb
- 35g frozen cauliflower
- ¼ mango (or a handful of frozen mango chunks)
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
- Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation method:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and voilà!
The nice thing about this recipe is that you don't taste the cauliflower at all, only that it makes the shake nice and creamy! So your child doesn't need to know anything about cauliflower and still gets a lot of extra nutrients.

Healthy chocolate muffins
- 1 Ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 125ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 measuring spoons Kindershake chocolate (25g)
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 140g Oatmeal
- Pinch of salt
- Chopped dark chocolate and/or walnuts
- Paper baking cups and muffin tin
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- Place the banana in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the eggs, milk, baking powder, oatmeal and salt. Mix well.
- Now add the pieces of chopped chocolate and walnuts. Stir well so that it is spread over the entire batter.
- Divide the batter over the baking molds (about 2 tbsp per mold). Place the molds in a muffin tin and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove them from the oven after 25 minutes, check with a skewer whether they are ready and let them cool down before enjoying them.
